Headline service · Shopify to Amazon

Take your Shopify brand to Amazon without wrecking your margins

A Shopify brand should expand to Amazon when its products are already searched for there and the margin still works after Amazon's referral fee, fulfillment and ads. Crestaro checks both for free, then runs the move end to end: catalog, Brand Registry, fulfillment, pricing protection and the launch.

Most established Shopify brands already have an Amazon presence they did not choose. Resellers list their products, knockoffs borrow the brand name in titles, and Amazon's own programs can surface their products without them. Moving onto Amazon on your own terms is how you take that demand back.

Who this service is for

  • Shopify and DTC brands doing roughly $20k a month or more online with a product that ships well.
  • Brands that see resellers, knockoffs or price undercutting on Amazon and want control of their listings.
  • Founders who worry Amazon will cannibalize Shopify sales or damage pricing, and want a plan that protects both channels.
  • US brands expanding to Amazon.com first, and UK, Canadian and European brands launching at home and in North America.

What does moving a Shopify brand to Amazon involve?

Five pieces of work, in this order. Skipping any of them is where most brands lose money in the first six months.

1. Readiness and margin check

Who already sells your products, category competition, Amazon fees per SKU and the margin left after ads. Free readiness check.

2. Catalog migration

Seller Central setup, Brand Registry, GTINs, variations, Amazon-ready titles, bullets, images and A+ content. Catalog migration.

3. Fulfillment model

FBA, Multi-Channel Fulfillment, Buy with Prime on your Shopify store, or your own 3PL. Fulfillment options.

4. Pricing and brand protection

Price parity rules, reseller clean-up, Transparency and hijacker monitoring. Brand protection.

5. Launch and ranking

Launch PPC, review generation through Amazon's own programs, keyword ranking and weekly reporting. Amazon SEO.

Will selling on Amazon cannibalize my Shopify sales?

Usually less than founders fear, and the risk is controllable. Many Amazon shoppers would never have found your Shopify store, and a strong Amazon listing tends to raise branded search everywhere. The real cannibalization risk comes from price: if Amazon is cheaper, loyal customers move. We set price parity rules, keep bundles or exclusive sizes on Shopify, and track branded search on both channels from day one so you can see the effect instead of guessing.

How long does a Shopify to Amazon launch take?

A typical plan runs about 6 to 10 weeks from signed agreement to first sales, depending mostly on Brand Registry and inventory reaching Amazon's warehouses.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a trademark to sell my brand on Amazon?

You can sell without one, but you need a registered or pending trademark to join Amazon Brand Registry, which unlocks A+ content, brand stores, Sponsored Brands ads and stronger protection against hijackers. We help you apply if you do not have one yet.

Can I connect my Shopify store to Amazon directly?

Yes. Apps such as Shopify Marketplace Connect sync products, inventory and orders, and Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment app lets Amazon ship Shopify orders. The sync is the easy part. Listings still need rewriting for Amazon search, and pricing rules need setting first.

Should I use FBA or ship Amazon orders myself?

Most brands launch with FBA because Prime eligibility lifts conversion. Merchant-fulfilled can make sense for oversized, slow-moving or highly seasonal products. Our fulfillment guide compares the options.

Which countries do you launch in?

Amazon.com in the US first for most brands, plus Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.ca and the main EU marketplaces. We also cover Australia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Singapore and Mexico. See markets.

What if resellers already sell my products on Amazon?

That is common. Once you are brand registered, we report counterfeit and infringing listings, tighten your distribution agreements, and take control of the product detail pages. Authorized resellers can stay if you want them to.
