Amazon FBA management

FBA management keeps your inventory flowing into Amazon's warehouses at the lowest fee: planning shipments, staying inside capacity limits, avoiding low-inventory and storage fees, and claiming reimbursements when Amazon loses or damages your stock. We run it as part of account management or on its own.

What is included

  • Replenishment forecasts and shipment plans per SKU and marketplace.
  • Capacity limit and inbound placement planning.
  • Fee review: size tier errors, low-inventory-level fees, aged inventory surcharges.
  • Removal and liquidation decisions for slow stock.
  • Reimbursement claims for lost, damaged or wrongly refunded units.
  • Prep, labeling and carton rules so shipments are not rejected.

How can I reduce FBA fees?

Check each product's size tier against its real dimensions, because measurement errors push products into a more expensive tier. Keep enough stock to avoid the low-inventory-level fee, but not so much that aged inventory surcharges start. Reduce packaging size where you can. And review every inbound and reimbursement report, since lost units add up quietly.

What are FBA reimbursements?

When Amazon loses or damages your inventory in its warehouses, or refunds a customer without the item coming back, you are often owed a reimbursement. Some are automatic. Many need a case with evidence. We check these reports every month.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge a percentage of reimbursements?

No. Reimbursement claims are part of our management plans.

Can you manage FBA in Europe?

Yes, including Pan-European FBA. EU compliance such as VAT and EPR registration needs a specialist provider, and we coordinate with yours. See Amazon Europe.
